2020 Centennial Bank Stadium SUITES Seating Plan

Welcome to the 2020 Arkansas State Football season! Arkansas State has been approved by the Arkansas Department of Health to move forward with its plan to host football games at Centennial Bank Stadium. Updates and modifications for the Suite seating plan that are being enacted for the 2020 season can be found on this page.

Guidelines and suggestions for attending Arkansas State home football games this season: GAME DAY PROCESS
  • Elevator usage will be limited to "social bubbles". Elevators will be assigned for each floor as well. Gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff and arriving early and with your social bubble is recommended.
    • South Elevator:  Woodard McAlister Family Club (Floor 1)
    • North Elevator:  Suite Level 1 (Floor 2)
    • Media Elevator:  Suite Level 2 (Floor 3)
  • In order to limit the number of people on each floor, movement between levels will be restricted. Suite holders on floor 2 (suite level 1) and floor 3 (suite level 2) must remain on their respective floor. Guidelines require that access to the Woodard McAlister Family Club Level be restricted to only club and west side loge ticket holders.
  • Stair towers to access and exit the Club level will be open. Check-in will be available at the South and North stair towers.
  • Suite tickets will be scanned in at the main gate (gates 5-9), and a wristband will be issued.
  • While season ticket holders in the seating bowl will not be issued physical tickets, Suite ticket holders will receive a physical ticket and parking pass.
  • Service employees entering suites will be limited. A door hanger to request service (trash, ice, etc) will be provided. There will also be a text for service number available in order to text your question(s) or service need(s).
ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PROCEDURAL CHANGES
  • Suite tickets will be limited to 18 per suite.
  • The Directive for Face Coverings requires for face coverings to be worn in outdoor venues when there is not ample space to maintain 6-feet physical distancing. Additionally, due to the increased velocity of respiratory droplets produced during cheering/yelling, face coverings should be required at all times including while inside the stadium. Face coverings may be removed for consumption of food or beverage, but should be put back on immediately after. Children under 10 years of age are exempt from wearing face coverings, but face coverings are strongly encouraged for children over two (2) years of age.
  • It is recommended to keep windows and doors open to promote airflow throughout suites.
  • Organized and promoted tailgating will not be permitted on University property.
  • Food service will follow the Directive on Resuming Restaurant Dine-in Operations.
SUITE FOOD SERVICE
  • Food service will be included with each suite this season. There is no need to order ahead or plan for a menu.
  • Menu will be a combination of the items served in the Woodard McAlister Family Club and the North End Zone. A sample of these items from last season include:
    • Game day staples:  Wings, sliders, hot dogs, chips and dips, veggie trays.
    • Main course options:  pulled pork, smoked chicken, pork tenderloin, prime rib.
    • Dessert Course:  cookies, cakes, pies, and ice cream coolers.
    • Specific game-by-game menus will be available soon.
  • Two buffets will be set up on suite level 1 and one buffet set up on suite level 2
  • Food service will be in flights. An EXAMPLE follows:
    • Two (2) hours prior to kickoff (gates open) to 45 minutes prior to kickoff (one hour and fifteen minutes) – Appetizer service, snacks, dips, and cocktail service.
    • 45 minutes prior to kick-off to end of 3rd quarter – dinner buffet service begins.
    • Dessert service will begin shortly after dinner service begins.
    • Ice cream cooler will be brought out in the 4th quarter.
  • Suite stockings will occur the day before the game during the afternoon, when suite holders will be able to stock refrigerators with drinks. Outside food will not be permitted.
MISCELLANEOUS REMINDERS/SUGGESTIONS
  • Centennial Bank Stadium Gates will open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
  • Parking lots will open three (3) hours prior to kickoff.
