JONESBORO, Ark. (1/26/26) – Arkansas State women's bowling head coach
Justin Kostick announced Monday that Savannah Portillo has signed to join the program for the 2026-27 season.
"We're excited to welcome Savannah to the Red Wolves bowling family," said Kostick. "Savannah is the kind of athlete every coach wants in their program. She prepares the right way, competes with confidence, and consistently raises the level of everyone around her. We look forward to her future within our program."
A member of the Storm Junior Team – recognizing the top junior bowlers in the U.S. - Portillo finished fifth at junior gold in 2024 and earned a third-place finish at the 2025 PBA Junior World Series of Bowling. Highlights of her youth career include USBC Youth Open Eagle Champion (U15), two Storm Youth Championship titles (U15) and multiple YET and MJMA championships. Portillo won the Michigan high school Division II championship as a freshman.
