A-State’s Maggie Thoma Selected to Team USA

LAS VEGAS (1/8/26) – Following completion of the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Team USA Trials Wednesday night, Arkansas State women's bowling senior Maggie Thoma was selected as one of 14 members to Team USA for 2026.
 
Thoma finished eighth among 132 entrants at Team USA Trials this week at Gold Coast Bowling Center. Over five days and 30 games, Thoma totaled 6,467 pins for an average of 215.6. Thoma joins Gianna Brandolino, Bryanna Cote, Avery Domaguin, Annalise O Bryant, Kaitlyn Stull and Elizabeth Tueber as Team USA members based on performances this week.
 
A-State bowling alumna Jordan (Richard) Snodgrass was among six selections to Team USA 2026 based on submitted resumes. Snodgrass finished sixth at trials with 6,487 pins (216.2) and joined Katelyn Abigania, Julia Bond, Breanna Clemmer, Crystal Elliott, Jillian Martin and Shannon Pluhowsky a selection to Team USA.
 
Team USA competes in several prestigious events all over the world, such as the Pan American Games, World and Zone Championships, World Games, World Cup and others.
