2010-11 -Finished second at the SBC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:16.75, finished fifth in the 1,500 meter with a time of 4:00.10...ran a personal-best in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:01.01 at the April 13 Sea Ray Relays...ran a personal-best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:59.31 at the April 30 Memphis Invitational...during indoor season, recorded a personal-best 4:18.29 in the mile run to finish fifth at the SBC Indoor Championships, finished eighth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:41.90...ran a personal-best 8:36.70 at the ASU Kickoff Klassic in the 3,000 meters...also posted a personal-best in the 5,000 meters finishing in 15:06.48 at the ASU Invitational....in cross country, finished 12th at the SBC Championship meet and 54th at the South Central Region Cross Country Championships.

2009-10 - Finished 10th at the SBC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:13.43...notched a time of 2:03.94 in the 800 meters and a 4:09.45 in the 1,500 meters at the SEMO "Joey Haines" Invitational...ran a time of 8:50.61 in the 3,000 meters at the ULM Warhawk Classic...ran the 5,000 meters in 15:19.83 at the Ole Miss Invitational.

REND LAKE COMMUNITY COLLEGE - Was a member of the 2008 National Championship junior-college indoor track team...team also placed fourth at the Division I cross country meet two-years in a row.  

High School - Placed 10th at the Class A Illinois State Cross Country meet as a senior at Cobden High School...two-time all-state performer and was the Southern Illinois cross-country runner of the year.  

Personal - Born May 9, 1989, in Carbondale, Ill...majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
