2010-11 - During outdoor season, threw a personal-best of 50.49m in the hammer at the April 30 Memphis Invitational...posted a season-best throw of 40.60m in the discus at the SBC Outdoor Championships, finishing ninth...during indoor season, threw a season-best throw of 15.73m in the weight throw at the Jan. 22 ASU Invitational.

2009-10 - During the outdoor season, recorded a 43.46m in the discus at the SEMO "Joey Haines" Invitational and a personal-best 47.52m in the hammer throw at the Memphis Invitational...during indoor season, posted a career-best throw of 14.02m in the weight throw at the Middle Tennessee Invitational.

2008-09 -Finished seventh in the hammer at the SBC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 47.46m...threw a personal-best of 43.68m in the discus at the March 27 at the LSU Tiger Relays...threw a 27.94m in the javelin in the Louisville Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational.

High School - Holds high school records at Parkway North High School in the shot put, discus and 4X100 relays...finished second in the state of Missouri in the discus as a junior...was named to the all-academic team all four years in high school...also played volleyball and basketball for three years in high school.
