Also competed in shot put at SBC Championships finishing 13th with mark of 11.18m/36-8.25. Two top-10 finishes at Memphis Invitational, finishing third in hammer throw (56.20m/184-4) and eighth in shot put (13.89m/45-7). Third place finish in hammer throw of ASU Red Wolf Open with throw of 58.41m/191-8. Claimed first individual championship with hammer throw of 55.94m/183-6 at UCA Open. Finished sixth in hammer throw (58.08m/190-7) at Tiger Track Classic. Two top-three finishes at SDSU Aztec Invitational in hammer throw, second in the open division (58.06m/190-6) and third in the college division (54.70m/179-5).
