the 400 meters with a season-best time of 57.87, competed on fourth-place
finishing 4X100 meter relay team, as well as sixth-place finishing 4X400 meter
relay team...during indoor season, ran a season-best time of 59.79 in the 400
meters at the SBC Indoor Championships...also ran a season-best time of 1:28.02
in the 600 yards at the Iowa State Classic.
2009-10 - Finished seventh in the 400 meters at SBC Outdoor
Championships with a time of 58.28, running a personal-best in the prelims of
57.55...during indoor season, competed on third-place finishing Distance Medley
Relay at SBC Indoor Championships as 400 meter-leg, also participated on
fourth-place finishing 4X400 meter relay team...ran a season-best of 59.12 in the
400 meters at the Iowa State Classic, also at the Iowa State Classic ran a
personal-best of 1:27.87 in the 600 yards.
2008-09 - Ran a personal-best of 2:19.23 in the 800 meters at
the SBC Outdoor Championships and season-best of 59.81 at the Monroe Invite...during
indoor season, ran a season-best at SBC Indoor Championships in the 800 meters
with a time of 2:25.72...ran a season-best in the 600 meters with a time of
1:42.78 at the Indiana Open.
