2010-11 - Ran a season-best time of 39:18.94 in the 10,000 meters at the April 13 Sea Ray Relays, and a season-best time of 11:59.22 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the SBC Outdoor Championships...during indoor season, ran a season-best time of 18:55.85 in the 5,000 meters at the SBC Indoor Championships.

2009-10 - Ran season-best times of 39:16.86 in the 10,000 meters at the SBC Outdoor Championships, 18:42.57 in the 5,000 meters at the April 10 Ole Miss Invitational...during indoor season, ran a personal-best of 10:39.84 at the SIU Open Jan. 15, and season-best of 18:40.49 at the Feb. 11 Iowa State Classic.

2008-09 - Finished sixth at the SBC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 11:42.33...ran a season-best time of 18:54.04 in the 5,000 meters at the March 21 Rhodes Open, and a season-best time of 5:01.59 in the 1,500 meters at the Louisville Lenny Lyles/Clark wood Invitational April 18...during indoor season, posted a time of 10:46.04 at the SBC Indoor Championships and 18:34.05 at the Iowa State Classic Feb. 14.

High School - Ran cross-country for three years while competing in track all four years at Har-Ber High School...also played basketball.
