2011-13 Previous College: East Yorkshire, United Kingdom native...Garland played two seasons at Daytona State, where she served as a team captain for the NJCAA No. 1-ranked Lady Falcons. Garland helped lead Daytona State to the NJCAA Region 8 Championships title, and the team competed in the national championships May 13-16. Garland will enter the tournament with a 77.5 scoring average, the nation's 13th best among all junior college players as of April 1. Garland has collected seven top-25 finishes this season, including the last four in a row, and most recently placed ninth at the NJCAA regional tournament.  Garland posted a two-round 149 at the University of Cincinnati Spring Invitational to tie for sixth place, her best finish of the year.  Her best three-round total came at the Marsh Landing Invitational, where she recorded a 72-76-73 for a combined 221 total.Garland’s freshman season saw her earn honorable mention NJCAA All-America honors after completing the year with a 79.56 scoring average, the 16th best in the nation among junior college players.  She helped lead the Lady Falcons to a fourth-place showing at the 2012 NJCAA National Championships, where she finished tied for 14th in the individual standings.
