ASU?s Brady to Present at Bruin Basketball Coaching Clinic

JONESBORO, Ark., (6/9/11) – Arkansas State head men's basketball coach John Brady will be a presenter at the upcoming Bruin Basketball Coaching Clinic on June 13 at Pulaski Academy in Little Rock.

The coaching clinic will also feature Billy Gillespie, head coach at Texas Tech, Dee Brown of the NBA D-League's Springfield Armor, UALR head coach Steve Shields, Leighton McCrary from Newport High, Ganon Baker, a global skill development coach and Wes Swift, head coach of the Jonesboro Hurricane.

Coach Brady will present on the Red Wolves Zone Offense and will be the fourth speaker in the lineup. Other topics covered will be defensive drills, rebounding and post plays as well as floor demonstrations.

The camp is directed by Roger Franks, the head boy's basketball coach at Pulaski, Wes Swift the head boys coach at Jonesboro and Leighton McCrary the head boys coach at Newport.

The clinic will run from 1-9 p.m. at the Rachel Rutherford Gym at Pulaski Academy on June 13.
