ESPN3 to Televise @AStateBaseball Game Saturday at ULL

JONESBORO, Ark. (3/27/15) – The Arkansas State baseball team's game against Louisiana-Lafayette on Saturday, March 28 is set to be televised by ESPN3 with first pitch from M.L. Tigue Moore Field scheduled for 2 p.m.

The second contest of the Red Wolves' three-game road set against the Ragin' Cajuns is being televised locally in Lafayette, La., on myKALF-TV and will be simulcast on ESPN3.  This appearance will mark the second time A-State has appeared on ESPN3 after the team's nonconference game at Ole Miss on Feb. 24 was also televised by the network.

Arkansas State enters the weekend against Louisiana-Lafayette with a record of 10-12 and 2-6 mark in SBC play, while the Ragin' Cajuns are currently 13-9 and 5-3 in conference play.  A-State plans to send redshirt senior Jon Glidewell to the mound for Saturday's game while ULL is scheduled to counter with senior right-hander Greg Milhorn.

ESPN3 is a 24/7 sports network offering live and replayed events.  ESPN3 is available on over 300 affiliated service providers including AT&T, Bright House, Cablevision, Charter, Comcast, Cox, DISH, Time Warner Cable, and Verizon.  The network is also available at no cost to approximately 21 million U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel via computers, smartphones and tablets connected to on-campus educational and on-base military broadband and Wi-Fi networks.

ESPN3 is accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app and streamed on televisions through Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast {via the WatchESPN app}, Roku, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
