JONESBORO, Ark. (10/30/24) – Arkansas State men's basketball's contest at Memphis, slated for Sunday, Dec. 8, will be televised nationally on ESPNU.
Tip-off from the FedEx Forum between the Red Wolves and Tigers is set for 3 p.m. A-State appeared on a national TV platform five times a season ago, including a 79-71 home victory over Troy on Feb. 22 televised by ESPNU.
Tickets to the contest are available and can be purchased by calling the Red Wolves Foundation at 870-972-2401.
The matchup in the Bluff City will be the 62nd all-time meeting between A-State and Memphis, the first since Dec. 2, 2020. Memphis leads the all-time series 33-28.
The Red Wolves begin the 2024-25 campaign at 7 p.m. on Nov. 4, hosting reigning MAC Tournament champion Akron. The theme of A-State's season opener, presented by Coca-Cola, is "Black Out the Bank" and will include 2,000 commemorative "Black Out the Bank" t-shirts.
