JONESBORO, Ark. (7/3/24) – The Arkansas State Athletics Department announced Wednesday that its second annual A-State Football Kickoff Party, which will again combine elements from its traditional preseason banquet and Helmets and Heels program, is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 2, at Embassy Suites of Jonesboro.
 
Taking place at Embassy Suites for the first time, the Kickoff party will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Delta Rice and Delta Blues rooms with a silent auction and Helmets and Heels-shopping event featuring local vendors that will be on-site displaying the latest A-State apparel, gifts and gear.  There will also be a show by Hank's Live Music, performed by Hayden McClain with a set-list featuring country, classic rock, soft rock and more.
 
The event continues at 6:00 p.m. in the Delta Cotton rooms with drinks and hors d'oeuvres and a special event featuring the football coaching staff.
 
Dinner will be available in the Arvest Bank Ballroom beginning 30 minutes prior to the 7:30 p.m. program, which will feature Coach Jones, Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Jeff Purinton and a live auction.
 
A-State's "The Sound of the Natural State" band, cheer and dance teams and Howl will also be part of the festivities inside Arvest Bank Ballroom.  An "Overtime Reception" for platinum table sponsors and 1200 CLUB members will be held on the Embassy Suites Patio at 8:30 p.m.  Information about the 1200 CLUB may be obtained by calling the Red Wolves Foundation at 870-972-2401 or online by clicking HERE.
 
Several ticket options exist for the Kickoff Party, including Platinum tables (10 seats) for $2,500.  Gold tables (8 seats) are available for $1,500 and Silver tables (8 seats) are on sale for $870.  Individual tickets can be purchased for $100.
 
All tables will be able to request to sit with an A-State player or coach.  Platinum tables will be given first priority on coach/player and table location, followed by Gold and then Silver.  The Platinum and Gold levels will each also receive one autographed football per table, while Platinum will also receive an exclusive A-State Football branded item.  All tables will receive recognition on promotional materials and signage at the event.
