JONESBORO, Ark. (9/4/24) – With basketball season quickly approaching, Arkansas State's seventh annual Boots & Ballers presented by Glen Sain Motors, is set for Thursday, Oct. 17, inside First National Bank Arena. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m., and the official program will begin at 7:30 p.m.
At the event, A-State head men's basketball coach
Bryan Hodgson will introduce the men's basketball team and deliver remarks ahead of the 2024-25 campaign. Exclusive Hoopin' Howl and men's basketball apparel will be available to purchase at the event.
Boots & Ballers will also feature a Q&A with former U.S. national team member, NBA champion and Olympic gold medalist Joe Kleine, as well as a player panel conducted by co-emcees Brandon Baxter and Kelly Perry. There will also be an autograph session with Kleine from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Kleine spent 15 seasons in the NBA, playing on teams with legends Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Robert Parish, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman, and winning the 1998 NBA title with the Chicago Bulls. He also won a gold medal as a member of the U.S. national team in the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
Several premium table options are available. Platinum tables (10 seats) are available for $2,500, while gold tables (8 seats) are on sale for $1,500, and silver tables (8 seats) for $870. Individual tickets can be purchased for $100. Guests will also enjoy a meal from 'Chow's at One Eighteen' along with both live and silent auctions.
Platinum table sponsors and Sixth Man Club members are invited to the "Postgame Party" with Coach Hodgson, and the full A-State Men's Basketball staff. Non-Sixth Man Club members or those without a platinum table are also invited attend the postgame party with the purchase of an add-on ticket.

All attendees will enter First National Bank Arena through the upper red entrance and check in through the OneCause app.
