HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. (10/19/25) – The Arkansas State women's golf team began play at the Diamante Intercollegiate Sunday and stands tied for sixth among 18 teams.
Finishing a round under par for the first time this season, A-State totaled 1-under par 287 to tie host Little Rock for sixth. Boston College leads the field at 10-under par 278 followed by Memphis (-7), Lipscomb (-6), Ball State (-6) and Central Arkansas (-2).
Freshman Mackenzie Cloutier paced A-State with a 2-under par 70, her third consecutive round under par, to tie for eighth thus far. Claire Swathwood of Memphis and Frances Kim of Boston College hold the individual lead at 6-under par 66. Senior Morgan Beaulieu carded her first round under par this season to tie for 13th at 1-under par 71. Olivia Coit, Sofia Bastidas and Ceci Lococo were 1-over par 73 to tie for 37th while Anne-Lea Lavoie (+5) tied for 77th and Zaida Wise (+8) was 97th.
The second round is set for Monday with the third and final round Tuesday from Diamante Country Club.
