JONESBORO, Ark. (11/13/25) – Arkansas State women's golf head coach MJ Desbiens Shaw announced Thursday that Yinyoe Yang has signed to join the program for the 2026-27 season.
 
"We are thrilled to add Yinyoe to the Red Wolves family next season. She brings a wealth of competitive experience and will be a tremendous asset to our program. Yinyoe has the potential to make an immediate impact and help us compete for championships."
 
Yang recently won her second consecutive Arkansas state overall title. A two-time Class 6A state champion for Conway High School, Yang was named the All Arkansas Preps Golfer of the Year for the 2024-25 season. She is ranked top player in the Arkansas junior golf rankings. Over eight events played on the AJGA circuit, she had one win, two top fives and three top 10s in 2025.
