HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. (10/19/26) – Posting its third consecutive round under the par, the Arkansas State women's golf team is second among 20 teams after two rounds of play at the Diamante Invitational hosted by Little Rock.

Dating back to a final round 5-under 283 in the Lady Red Wolves Classic, A-State has three consecutive rounds under par following an opening round 3-under 285 and Monday's 4-under 284 at Diamante Country Club. A-State is 7-under 569, tied for the second-lowest 36-hole total in program history. The Red Wolves enter the final round 13 back of Sam Houston (-20) for the lead while ULM (-5), Central Arkansas (-4), California Baptist (-4), Ball State (-1), Wyoming (E), Little Rock (E), Missouri State (+6) and Jacksonville State (+6) complete the top 10.

Mackenzie Cloutier posted her fifth consecutive round uner par with a second round 2-under 70. Cloutier is tied for third individually, three back of Pureun Kim (Sam Houston) and Eleonore Aernouts (Little Rock), with a 36-hole total of 5-under 139, tied for the eighth-lowest 36-hole total in program history. Kayla Van de Ven is 1-under 143 (68-75) for 17th and Carloine Hughes is even-par 144 (73-71) for 25th. Hughes, Sofia Bastidas, Michelle Barrios and Ceci Lococo each posted 1-under par rounds of 71 Monday. Overall, Bastidas (+1) is tied for 32nd while Barrios (+3) and Lococo (+3) are tied for 46th.

Yinyoe Yang was the sixth Red Wolf par or better Monday with an even-par 72 and she enters the final round at 2-over par 146 and tied for 40th. Zaida Wise (+13) is tied for 101st following a second round 2-over par 74.
