JONESBORO, Ark. (4/1/26)– Arkansas State senior catcher Kaden Amundson has been named to the Buster Posey National Collegiate Catcher of the Year Midseason Watchlist.
 
Amundson comes off a JMU series victory where he struck his second home run this season for his seventh RBI and 14^th run of the year. He holds a .250 batting average and is seventh in the Sun Belt in strikeout rate (8.9%) among qualified hitters.
 
Amundson will return to action in the conference series at Troy, with first pitch on Thursday, April 2 set for 6 p.m.
