Biography

2008:  Played in all 33 matches for ASU . . . was second on the team with 338 digs . . . posted double digit digs on 17 occasions including a career high 21 September 5 against New Orleans . . . added 15 service aces and 30 assists . . . also posted nine kills on the season.


Junior College: Played two years at Arkansas-Fort Smith on teams that finished 9th nationally in 2006 and 8th nationally in 2007...NJCAA 1st-team All-America 2007...AVCA 1st team All-America 2007...2007 NJCAA National Defensive Player of the Tour...2007 Cooky Sadler Tour MVP...broke UAFS record with 1,001 digs in 2007...2006 All-Region honorable mention.

High School: Was part of two state championships at Fort Smith Southside...two-time All-State honors...three-year All-Conference...Southwest Times-Record 2005 Player of the Year.


Personal: Daughter of Sonja Richards and Michael Bowman … born November 10, 1987 … majoring in History.
