SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015): Appeared in 10 games with two starts for Arkansas State ... two starts came against Murray State March 24 and Ole Miss May 12 ... had a 14.90 ERA in 9.2 innings of work ... longest outing was four innings against Ole Miss May 12 ... set season-high in strikeouts at two in both starts ... walked 10 and struck out six on the year ... registered four straight scoreless outings from March 7 to March 17.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL (YAKIMA VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE): Went 3-6 and fanned 64 for the Yaks … tossed a season-high 8.1 innings against Treasure Valley on April 16 and yielded three runs on five hits to earn the victory … started the Yaks’ final game of the year in the East Region Tournament against Columbia Basin and gave up just two runs with three strikeouts … was second in the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges with a 1.71 ERA and his strikeout total of 64 also ranked second … tied for the league lead with 13 starts and gave up the second fewest runs among pitchers with at least 10 starts on the year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Aberdeen High School where he was an all-conference infielder as a senior in 2013 … was also a second-team all-conference pitcher … also played basketball.
