REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2017): Made 20 appearances with one start ... totaled a 3.69 ERA with a 1-0 record in 31.2 innings ... struck out 21 while handing out 24 walks ... held opposing hitters a .262 average ... earned win at Memphis April 11 after going season-long 4.1 innings on a pitch count with three runs allowed (two earned) on four hits with four walks and four punch outs, also a season high ... faced season-high 21 batters three times ... had two assists at Northwestern State Feb. 25 ... went four innings in SBC Tournament semifinals against South Alabama May 27 and allowed just one unearned run on three hits with five walks and three strikeouts.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time, first-team All-Conference selection and four-time, first-team All-District at Poplar Bluff High School ... Southeast Missouri Conference Player of the Year in 2015 ... named the Class 5 District I Player of the Year in 2015 ... registered a 0.61 ERA with a 6-0 record as a junior ... had a 0.84 ERA with a 7-1 record and 71 strikeouts in 49.2 innings as a senior in 2015 ... had a career batting average of .373 ... also played basketball ... top five in class academically ... four-time academic lettermen at PBHS ... played summer baseball for the St. Louis Gamers and was coached by former A-State baseball player Matt Whiteside.
