HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letter winner at Heber Springs High School ... four-time All-Conference selection and three-time All-State honoree ... helped the Panthers to the 2017 4A State Baseball Tournament ... hit nine home runs as a senior ... also lettered three years in football and had 1,114 yards receiving with 16 touchdowns ... three-year letterman in track and field/cross country and won the triple crown three times (outdoor track and field state championship, indoor track and field state championship, and cross country state championship) ... played basketball.

PERSONAL: Son of Gil and Laura Mitchum ... undecided on a major ... birthday is May 1 ... enjoys fishing and hunting with friends.
