Clocked a career-best 3:52.36 in the 1500 meters to place fifth at the Wash U Distance Carnival … 5000 meters runner-up at the Bulldog Relays with a personal-best 15:02.23.

2023 INDOOR SEASON | SENIOR
Took silver in the mile at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 4:11.15 in the final, while placing eighth in the 3000 meters … Ran a career-best 8:21.61 in the 3000 meters at the Indoor Gorilla Classic … Part of the DMR at the Vanderbilt Invitational … Finished third in the 3000 meters at the Crimson and Gold Invitational to open the season.

2022 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON | SENIOR
Ran a season-best 25:27.9 in the 8K at the Chile Pepper Festival … Placed 16^th at the Rhodes Invitational … Finished 17^th in the 5K at the Little Rock Open.
2022 OUTDOOR SEASON | JUNIOR
Ran the 2000-meter steeplechase at the Ole Miss Classic, crossing in 6:27.80 ... Made his A-State outdoor debut in the 5000 at the Rhodes Invitational, running 15:47.97.

2022 INDOOR SEASON | JUNIOR
Finished eighth in the 3000m at the Hawkeye Invite, running a season-best 8:49.56 ... Placed seventh in the mile at the Crimson & Gold Invitational.

2021 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON | JUNIOR
Ran a season-best 25:52.7 in the Chile Pepper Festival 8K.

2019-20
Did not compete in either the indoor or outdoor seasons ... Competed in all six cross country events... Established a PR in the 6K at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31) with a clocking of 19:36.3... Third on the team and 34th overall at the WAC Championships (11/2) with a mark of 26:27.8... At the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18), finished 14th overall to set a new PR in the 8K (24:51.2).

2018-19
Competed in four cross country events... Best finish took place at the WAC Championships (10/27) with a No. 13 finish in a time of 24:54.2 in the 8K... In season-opener at the Rim Rock Classic (9/29), clocked out at 25:16.0 in the 8K to take 15th overall ... Saw action in six outdoor meets... Set a PR in the 1,500-meter run at the Arkansas Twilight (5/3) with a time of 3:52.91... His second-place finish in the 1,500-meters at the Wichita State Herm Wilson Invitational (3/21) was his best showing the outdoor season... Competed in seven indoor meets... Set a PR in the 1,000-meters at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/12), where he finished third overall with a time of 2:35.69... Had a pair of top-20 finishes at the WAC Championships (2/22) in the Mile (eighth) and 3,000-meters (16th)... Established a PR in the Mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/15) with a time of 4:15.56.

2017-18
Participated in one meet as a freshman... Took 13th overall in the 6K (19:50.5) at the Bob Timmons Dual Classic (9/2) ... In outdoor season, competed in five meets... Set a PR in the 5,000-meter run at the Kansas Relays (4/18) with a time of 15:30.08... At WAC Outdoor Championships (5/9), finished 17th in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:14.79... Competed in three indoor meets. In collegiate debut, took 20th overall in the Mile Run at the Gorilla Classic (2/9) with a time of 4:24.16.... Finished fourth in the DMR at the WAC Championships (2/22) with a mark of 10:57.01.

Attended Farmington High School... Holds HS Records in the mile (4:15), 3200m (9:21) and 5k (15:37)... Active member of the cross country and track and field teams at Farmington High School ... Earned All-State in cross country his junior and senior seasons ... Finished third in the 4x800 relay, fourth in the 1600-meter run and eighth in the 800-meter run at the state meet his junior year ...
