High School: Played four years of varsity soccer at Lamar High School and served as team captain...earned the Most Valuable Player award after the 2009 season and Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2008...named to all-region in 2008, all-district all four years, named midfielder of the year in 2008 and Newcomer of the Year in 2007...served as team captain for her club team the ‘92 D’Feeters who played in the Lake Highlands Girls Classic League... named to the Top Drawer players to watch list.

Personal:  Undecided on  major . . . Born Nov. 27, 1991 . . . Parents are Kathy Dawson and Max Wheeler . . . was also recruited by WCU, Texas State, Middle Tennessee, Tampa and Tulsa.
