REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2018): Played in 13 games with five starts, all at DH ... also saw time in the outfield and at first base ... made one pitching appearance on March 17 against Coastal Carolina and tossed a perfect inning on seven pitches ... hit .250 (5-for-20) with five runs scored, two walks, and a hit-by-pitch ... posted a .348 on-base percentage ... had a season-high two hits against Georgia Southern May 12 and also scored a season-best two runs in that contest ... had two putouts defensively on the year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterman for Star City (Ark.) High School ... All-Conference all four years ... All-State as a sophomore and junior ... helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2015 4A State Championship ... the top-ranked shortstop in the state according to Prep Baseball Report and also participated in the Xtra Innings All-Star Classic twice ... right-handed pitcher also excelled on the mound as he was 7-2 with 2.30 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, and 45 strikeouts to 12 walks in 2015 ... hit .558 with a .626 on-base percentage and 1.405 OPS (on-base plus slugging) as a junior ... scored 40 runs, knocked in 30, hit 17 doubles, and stole 15 bases ... also played football ... made the Honor Roll.
