FRESHMAN SEASON (2014): Appeared in 16 games and had one start … had a .278 batting average with five hits, two RBIs and two runs scored … had a double at Murray State on March 11 … drove in a season-high two RBIs against Murray State on March 11 … started one game at designated hitter at UAB on March 1 … served primarily as a pinch-hitter throughout the season … played at first base in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament as a late inning defensive replacement.

HIGH SCHOOL: Selected as one of the top 20 high school baseball players in the state of Kansas by ESPNHS ... was also a nominee for the 2012 Kansas Gatorade High School Player of the Year award ... holds the Olathe High School single-season RBI (34) and home run (6) records ... ranks sixth in school history with a single-season batting average of .492 ... as a junior he was recognized as a Kansas City Star all-metro team honorable selection and earned all-Olathe baseball first team honors ... a two-time all-conference selection and was chosen to be on the Kansas City Royals 2012 Elite scout team.
