SOPHOMORE SEASON (2014): Played in 34 games and made 16 stats all in the outfield … had a .169 batting average with eight runs scored and seven RBIs … had three RBIs in the Red Wolves’ opening series doubleheader against Miami (Ohio) Feb. 15 … was perfect 4-for-4 on stolen bases during the season … had three outfield assists including throwing out a runner at home in the final regular season series of the year against UALR.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2013): Played 45 games with 29 starts ... had a .283 batting average with 36 hits and 15 RBIs ... tied for the team lead in triples with two on the season ... tied for second on the team with the most steals with five ... split time between the outfield and second base ... had a season-high four hits against FAU on May 25 ... scored a season-high four runs and drove in four RBIs against Troy on May 12 which tied for team-high in both categories ... hit his only home run of the season against Troy on May 12 ... had five putouts against Ole Miss on May 27 ... recorded a season best five assists against Western Kentucky on May 23 ... stole two bases against Louisiana-Lafayette on May 5, which tied for team season-high in the category.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a member of the All-Conference team four times, All-State three times, team MVP three times, and team captain twice while playing at Marshall Academy in Holly Springs, Miss. ... hit .430 with four home runs and was successful on 32 of 33 stolen base attempts during junior season ... hit three home runs and stole 30 bases on 31 attempts during senior campaign ... won offensive MVP, Pitcher of the Year, and Rookie of the Year during high school career ... also participated in basketball, football, and track all four years ... won state in long jump and triple jump, won state in basketball junior and senior seasons, and first three-time All-State winner at Marshall Academy ... also a member of FFA and Science Club.
