Threw 44.26m in the discus to earn 40th place at the NCAA-I West Prelims ...Threw a personal-best of 51.20m in the hammer and 49.32m in the discus at the Memphis Invitational (4/30) ... (Indoor) - Finished fifth at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in the shot put with a personal-best effort of 13.22 ... Notched a personal-best 18.33m in the weight throw at the Iowa State Classic (2/10).

2009-10: (Outdoor) - Placed second at the SBC Championships in the discus with a throw of 47.72m, also placed ninth in the hammer with a throw of 44.60m...later went on to NCAA Division I West Prelims and placed 27th in the discus with a throw of 45.88m...notched a season-best effort of 10.33m in the shot put at the April 10 Ole Miss Invitational...at the April 17 Memphis Invitational, logged a season-best throw of 48.24 in the discus...at the April 24 ULM Warhawk Classic, posted a season-best effort of 48.19m in the hammer throw...posted a season-high indoor throw of 12.16m in the shot put at the Jan. 23 ASU Invitational...during indoor season, finished ninth at the SBC Indoor Championships in the weight throw with a season-best effort of 16.38m.

High School: A four-year letterwinner at Denton Guyer High in Denton, Texas...Competed in track & field throwing the discus and shot put...Won three straight district championships during sophomore through senior seasons in the shot put and the discus...Registered a fifth-place showing in the Texas State meet in the discus after her senior year...Also ompeted in both basketball and volleyball.
