Third Team All-SBC performer … Scored 15 points at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, earning bronze in both the 1500 meters and 5000 meters while placing sixth in the 800 (May 9-11) … Ran a career-best 2:10.39 in the 800 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 12).

First Team All-SBC … Sun Belt Conference champion in the DMR and runner-up in the mile (Feb. 19-20), while also placing fourth in the 3000 meters … Finished fifth in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 19).
 
2023 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON | FRESHMAN
Competed at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 18) … Placed fifth at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships to earn an automatic individual bid to the NCAA Championships, running a season-best 20:20.7 in the 6K race (Nov. 10) … First Team All-Sun Belt performer, placing fourth at the conference championships with a time of 17:06.7 (Oct. 28) … Finished seventh at the Chile Pepper Festival with a 17:04.0 5K time.

Competed in the 5000 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds … Silver medalist in the 1500 meters (4:28.63) and 5000 meters (16:21.41) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … Broke the school record in both the 1500 meters (4:20.41) and 5000 meters (16:04.11) at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Sun Belt Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week after running a season-best 2:11.58 in the 800 meters at the Joe Walker Invitational, where she also placed fourth in the 1500 meters.
