Sarah Millard joined the Arkansas State women's tennis staff as a graduate assistant coach ahead of the 2026-27 season following a standout four-year playing career with the Red Wolves.

A four-year letterwinner, Millard helped lead Arkansas State through one of the most successful stretches in program history, highlighted by the program's first Division I postseason appearance and the 2026 UTR Sports NIT Championship. During her career, the Red Wolves improved from two wins in 2023 to 16 victories in 2026, the program's highest single-season total since 2002. She finished her career with 41 singles victories and 48 doubles victories.

In her senior season, Millard posted a 15-7 singles record and a 15-14 doubles mark while helping guide the Red Wolves to their historic postseason run.

Millard earned national recognition in 2026 as the recipient of the ITA Cissie Leary Sportsmanship Award, becoming the first Arkansas State women's tennis student-athlete and the first Sun Belt Conference player to receive the honor. She was also named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

A spring 2026 graduate of Arkansas State, Millard earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and received the Sun Belt Conference Postgraduate Scholarship. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Arkansas State.
