Rachel Pollock is in her fourth overall season at Arkansas State, second as an assistant for MJ Desbien Shaw.

Despite a shortened season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2019-20 campaign was one for the record books with Pollock on staff. A-State claimed three tournament championships, including back-to-back titles in spring events, the most in a season since winning three in the 2001-02 season. It marked the first time since the 2000-01 season A-State won back-to-back events. Three individuals - Grayson Gladden, Olivia Schmidt and Elise Schultz - make up the top three marks in program history for low stroke average. Gladden holds the top mark with an average of 73.52 followed by Schmidt (74.04) and Schultz (75.52).

A-State finished the shortened 2019-20 season with a 296.52 stroke average, marking the sixth-straight season to set a program best. The Red Wolves topped the previous low three-round total in four tournaments during the 2019-20 season, including a record 873 in the Lady Red Wolves Classic.

The Red Wolves also continued their strong efforts in the classroom, placing six players on the WGCA All-American Scholars List, one shy of the program high of seven.

In her three seasons with the program, Pollock has helped the Red Wolves to four tournament titles and 14 top-five finishes. Each of the three seasons has seen A-State set a program best in stroke average, including a program best 296.52 in 2019-20.

Pollock came to the program after spending four seasons competing for East Tennessee State University. Playing in all but five events in her college career with the Buccaneers, Pollock recorded a career-best-three-round total of 5-over 221 (74-73-74) at the Fall Invitational hosted by Kennesaw State in the fall of 2015. Pollock helped the Buccaneers to two wins and 18 top-five finishes in her four seasons.

Pollock graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors while earning her B.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in Exerecise Science and a minor in Coaching from East Tennessee State University in 2017.

The Canadian native finished 12th on Golf Canada's 2016-17 Order of Merit and eighth on the 2011-12 Junior Order of Merit. She is bilingual in French and English.
