Requests to pay for printed media guide(s) for football, men's basketball, women's basketball and baseball can be filled out below. Media guides are printed with full color covers (front, front inside, back inside, back), and black and white inside pages. We have online version of other sports, but we no longer print those for office use and therefore cannot offer a printed version.

Cost is $25 if picked up in person and $30 if mailed. Payment cannot be made online. An A-State Athletics representative will respond to the submitted form request to arrange payment and pickup or delivery.
