JONESBORO, Ark. (2/11/20) – Dates for 2020 Arkansas State Volleyball summer camps have been set, with two camps slated for July 2020.
A-State's two summer camps, the individual skills camp and team camp, include instruction from the Red Wolves coaching staff led by head coach Santiago Restrepo. Entering his second season at the helm, Restrepo possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the game through his time as a player and 22 seasons as a head coach, where he has amassed a 417-280 (.617) overall record. Restrepo's resume includes eight NCAA Tournament appearances and 14 All-Americans.
The Individual Skills Camp will be held July 13-15 for girls entering grades 6-12. Prices are $450 for overnight campers, which includes all meals, room and board, t-shirt and a camp volleyball, or $350 for commuters that includes lunch and dinner each day along with a t-shirt and camp volleyball. All camp sessions will take place at A-State's HPESS building.
The Team Camp will be held July 23-25, and is perfect for varsity and junior varsity teams in preparation for the upcoming season. All sessions of this camp will be held at First National Bank Arena and features instruction from the A-State coaching staff, team-building activities, competition and much more.
Cost for the team camp is $250/player for overnight campers, which includes all meals, room and board. The price for commuters is $150/player, and is for the camp only.
