HOUSTON, Texas (3/15/21) – Combining for a total of 594 (+18) over the first 36 holes, the Arkansas State women's golf team is third among 11 teams at the Houston Baptist University Intercollegiate played at Riverbend Country Club in Houston.

The Red Wolves shot an opening round 296 (+8) and followed with a second round 298 (+10) to total 594 (+18). A-State is one stroke behind host Houston Baptist for second while Sam Houston State leads with a total of 577 (+1). The Red Wolves are nine strokes ahead of South Dakota (+27) and Incarnate Word (+27) entering the final round.

Grayson Gladden is tied for fourth overall to pace A-State individually. Gladden posted a first round 1-over par 73 and followed with an even-par 72 to total 145 (+1). She aced the par-3, 17th hole to highlight the second round Monday.
Elise Schultz is seventh at 2-over par 146 with
Olivia Schmidt tied for 11th at 5-over par 149.
Kayla Burke totaled 154 (+10) to stand tied for 33rd while
Kiley Rodrigues is tied for 40th with a total of 158 (+14).
