JONESBORO, Ark. (8/23/24) – Arkansas State women's soccer announced plans to host an Alumni Weekend for former A-State soccer players and their families on Oct. 25-27.
To celebrate 50 years of women's sports and 25 seasons of A-State soccer, Head Coach
Brian Dooley and the Red Wolves' soccer program encourage all former players and their families to return and reconnect with teammates.
The weekend slate is highlighted by the Red Wolves Senior Day on Sunday, Oct. 27, when A-State will host Old Dominion at 1:00 p.m. at the A-State Soccer Complex. The weekend will also feature Arkansas State football's contest against Troy on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 6:00 p.m. inside Centennial Bank Stadium.
The A-State Athletics Department will be hosting a tailgate for alumni inside tailgate city leading up to kickoff against the Trojans. Complimentary tickets for the game will be available to attendees and their families.
In addition to the matchups, former players will have the opportunity to tour the A-State Soccer Facility while alumni and friends of the program can sponsor a locker, with proceeds from the campaign directly supporting the program.
