VAIL, Colo. (9/24/24) – The Arkansas State women's golf team posted an 18-over par 306 and stands 16th after two rounds of the Golfweek Red Sky Classic at Red Sky Golf Club.

A-State has a 36-hole total of 35-over par 611, three shots back of Eastern Michigan for 15th and 19 back of South Dakota State for 10th.  Kansas was 11-under par in the second round to take the lead at 11-under par 565 followed by Sacramento State (-6), Pepperdine (-4), Denver (-2) and Boise State (-1).

Anne-Lea Lavoie (-1) and Ashley Kim (E) were par or better on the second round to highlight the day for A-State. Lavoie climbed 20 spots in the individual standings to a tie for 26th with a total of 2-over par 145 (75-71) while Kim is tied for 19th at 1-over par 145 (73-72). Kim has gone par or better in six of eight rounds this season and her even-par 72 Tuesday marks the 13th par or better round of her career, tied for the sixth most in program history.

Playing as an individual, Sofia Bastidas is tied for 31st with a total of 3-over par 147 (71-76). Olivia Coit (+15) is 79th, Charlotte Menager (+17) is 83rd and Morgan Beaulieu is tied for 84th (+18).
