COLLEGE STATION, Texas (10/17/25) – Arkansas State cross country competed at the Arturo Barrios Invitational on Friday morning in College Station, Texas.
 
The men's team posted a 13th-place finish in the 8K with 355 points while the women's team tallied 539 points to place 20th in the 6K. The Red Wolves had six men and five women establish new personal bests, totaling out at 11 overall.
 
Carlo Martinez-Jaramillo led the A-State men with a time of 23:46.6, surpassing his previous personal best in the 8K by 1:38.8 in a 25th-place finish. Joe Edwards (75th) finished with a personal best of 24:20.6 and Noah Herrera (93rd) also set a new personal record of 24:32.2 while Parker Noffz (112th) crossed the finish line at the 24:43.7 mark.
 
Owen Morgan rounded out the top five finishers with a 122nd-place finish, clocking in with a collegiate best of 24:52.2.
 
Erika Kreuger was the top finisher for the A-State women, placing 91st with a personal best of 21:39.4 in the 6K. Devyn O'Daniel (103rd) and Mia Conroy (113th) set new career bests as well, with the former crossing the finish line at the 21:52.1 mark while the latter was not far behind with a time of 21:59.1.
 
Delaney Mulick (132nd) crossed the finish line at the 22:11.2 mark and Mary Beth Bailey (138th) rounded out the top five finishers with a time of 22:14.0.
