A-State Cross Country Concludes 2025 Campaign at NCAA South Central Regional Championships

JONESBORO, Ark. (11/14/25) – Arkansas State cross country concluded the 2025 campaign at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships on Friday morning in Fayetteville, Ark.
 
The A-State women's team recorded a 16th-place finish in the 6K with 436 points while the men's squad finished 17th in the 10K with 427 points.
 
Carlo Martinez-Jaramillo was the first finisher for the men's team, reaching the finish line at the 31:52.6 mark to place 56th. In their 10K debuts, Joe Edwards placed 80th with a time of 32:25.2 while Brett Jacobs posted a 32:57.1 mark to finish 103rd.
 
Avinash Patel recorded a time of 33:16.6 to claim the 114th spot, and Parker Noffz rounded out the top five finishers in his 10K debut with a 124th-place finish on a time of 33:35.5.
 
Erika Kreuger led the A-State women with a time of 22:02.6 to place 57th, while Devyn O'Daniel finished 92nd after clocking in at 22:39.0. Sophey Pope became the 107th runner to cross the finish line 10.0 seconds later while Gracie Jacobs claimed the 112th spot with a time of 23:02.0.
 
Mary Beth Bailey was the fifth Red Wolf to reach the finish line, posting a time of 23:04.3 to place 114th.
