TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (3/16/26) – Second round play resumed late Monday afternoon at Seminole Legacy Golf Club and the Arkansas State men's golf team stands fifth among 21 teams entering the final round of the Seminole Intercollegiate.
The Red Wolves finished up the second round at 14-over par 302 and have totaled 15-over par 591 over the first 36 holes. Florida State leads the field at 4-under par 572 with Southern Miss (+8), Stetson (+10) and Troy (+12) completing the top four. Florida Atlantic (+16), Penn State (+18), Lipscomb (+20), Loyola Maryland (+21) and Depaul (+22) complete the top 10 while another eight teams are within 10 strokes of 10th.
Thomas Schmidt paces A-State at 1-under par 143 following a second round 1-over par 73. Schmidt is tied for fourth individually, five back of Lee Poppell (-6) of Troy for the lead. Playing as an individual,
Cole Kirby is tied for 16th with a 36-hole total of 2-over par 146 while
Milan Reed is tied for 19th at 3-over par 147.
Jake Wallis (+7) is tied for 46th,
Jake Lile (+9) is tied for 64th and
Viggo Hed (+12) is tied for 79th.
