JONESBORO, Ark. (7/13/26) – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released their 2026 Division I All-Academic Teams and Scholar Athletes on Monday, featuring strong representation from Arkansas State.
The Red Wolves earned All-Academic Team honors after posting a 3.88 grade-point average in the 2025-26 academic year. Meghna Arun Kumar, Helena Bueno, Lilly Cvanciger, and Sarah Millard posted a 4.0 grade-point average while Anna Grigoreva (3.90) and Hanmare McAslin (3.85) also earned Scholar Athlete recognition.
Within the sport of tennis, student-athletes continue to exceed expectations in the classroom and on the court. In 2026, 1,501 Division 1 women's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 231 women's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
To qualify, athletes must hold a 3.5 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale over the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form. Programs must hold a team grade-point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale and have all athletes listed on the institutional eligibility form.
