ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (9/26/26) – Arkansas State men's golf concluded competition at the William H. Tucker Invitational with a sixth-place finish on Saturday afternoon at the University of New Mexico Championship Course.

A-State ended competition at 17-under par after shooting 12-under par in the third round. It marked the sixth consecutive round under par to start the season. San Diego State (-31) took the top spot while New Mexico (-25), Brigham Young (-21), UNLV (-20), Santa Clara (-18), Colorado (-13), Grand Canyon (-10), Arizona (-7) and New Mexico State (-5) rounded out the top 10.

Viggo Hed tied for 11th place at 6-under par after shooting 2-under on Saturday. Jake Lile joined him with a top-20 finish after shooting a team-best 4-under par in the third round, and tied for 20th with a score of 3-under for the whole match.

The Red Wolves return to competition Tuesday with the first two rounds of the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational.
