SOPHOMORE SEASON (2018): Started 45 games at catcher and saw action in 47 total games ... hit .205 with a .283 on-base percentage and .288 slugging percentage ... fifth on the team with 26 RBI ... registered 42 total bases with three doubles and three homers ... scored 22 runs, walked 11 times, and was hit by six pitches ... led the team with three sacrifice flies and also had four sacrifice bunts ... hit .226 in SBC play ... threw out seven runners attempting to steal ... posted a career-best three hits in three different contests (at Missouri State March 11, at ULM March 24, and at South Alabama April 27) ... first career home run came against UT Martin March 6 ... also swatted homers at ULM March 24 and at Little Rock May 17 ... recorded a career-high seven total bases at ULM March 24 ... claimed a career-best five RBI versus UTM March 6 ... scored a season-high four runs against ULM March 24 ... caught two runners stealing against Louisiana-Lafayette March 29.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2017): Made eight appearances as a true freshman ... collected one hit in six at-bats ... struck out twice ... claimed six putouts and one assist at catcher ... lone hit came against NYIT in the first game of a doubleheader Feb. 18 as a pinch hitter.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterman for Houston High School in Germantown, Tenn. ... named All-Metro all four seasons ... ranked as the third-best catcher and 26th-best overall player in Tennessee by Prep Baseball Report ... led HHS in hitting as a sophomore in 2014 ...  selected as a Super Sophomore by the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association in 2014 ... was injured some as a junior and senior ... named to the West Tennessee All-Star Team ... Perfect Game Preseason All-American.

PERSONAL: Son of Mike and Billie Ray ... father, Mike, played football at A-State from 1987-89 ... birthday is December 28 ... brother, Conrad, is also a member of the Red Wolves baseball team ... undecided on a major ... enjoys fishing.
