FIELD ACCESS

  • Arkansas State will comply with Sun Belt Conference standards for conference and non-conference games. The field will officially be available for warm-ups 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
  • A pregame timing sheet will be provided to each team indicating times when the field will be cleared when it will be available for teams to return (pregame and halftime).
  • A pregame warm-up diagram is below.

 

FILM & VIDEO

  • All video information will be handled by Blake Jackson, Assistant AD for Football Operations, at (931) 436-3637.

 

VISITING TEAMS

  • Locker Rooms
    • The visiting team will dress in the locker room of the Performance Enhancement Center in the south end zone of Centennial Bank Stadium. See football stadium diagram below.
  • Benches
    • The visiting team will occupy the east bench area opposite of the press box.
  • Coaches' Booths
    • The visiting team coaching booth is located on the south end of the press box on level four. The room is labeled ‘visitor’s booth.'
  • Parking
    • Visiting team buses can park and unload team members near gate E1 in the southeast corner of the Centennial Bank Stadium complex. Spaces will be marked off as ‘Bus Parking.' See stadium diagram below.

 

CLEAR BAG POLICY

  • Fans will be permitted to enter with a clear bag that does not exceed 12 inches height by 6 inches in depth by 12 inches in width
  • Fans will be allowed to carry in a small clutch bag, approximately the size of a hand or 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches, with or without handle or strap
  • Clear bags can be purchased at the Team Store next to Gate W2.
  • All medically necessary bags and family bags can be checked and tagged at the family gate located by Gate W2.

 

Visiting team cheerleaders are limited to 12 members for all conference football games. For the purpose of determining this limitation, mascots shall NOT be included in this count. Cheerleaders and mascots are NOT allowed on the playing field unless it is halftime or after a score. After a score, they are restricted to the end zones only.

TICKET INFORMATION

  • The A-State Box Office is located at the Red Entrance of First National Bank Arena during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
  • Beginning five hours prior to kickoff on gameday, tickets can be purchased or picked up at Gate W2 located on the west side of Centennial Bank Stadium.
  • Two hours prior to kickoff, all other ticket booths – located at gates W1, W3 and E1 – will be open to access tickets.
  • General will call will be available at Gate W2.
  • Visiting team player will call will be located at Gate E1. See Centennial Bank Stadium Diagram below.

 

MOBILE TICKETS

  • With the Athletics Department prioritizing mobile ticketing, an important feature of the Red Wolves App (Search ‘A-State Athletics’ on the App Store) is mobile-ticketing options making it possible for fans to buy, manage, and transfer tickets from the A-State Ticket office. The Red Wolves App is the tool for accessing mobile tickets to enter 2023-24 A-State home athletics events.
  • Printed tickets will be available in advance at the A-State Ticket Office in First National Bank Arena or on game days at FNB Arena and the main ticket windows (Gate W2) of Centennial Bank Stadium.

 

MARCHING BAND/CHEER

  • Band
    • All visiting team marching bands that will be attending a game at Centennial Bank Stadium and wish to perform at halftime should contact band director Steven Riley at 774-994-1542. Also, see the visiting team travel form to note the request.
  • Cheer
    • Visiting team cheerleaders are limited to 12 members for all conference football games. For the purpose of determining this limitation, mascots shall NOT be included in this count. Cheerleaders and mascots are NOT allowed on the playing field unless it is halftime or after a score. After a score, they are restricted to the end zones only.

 

INTERRUPTED GAME PROCEDURES

  • Delayed game due to lightning (prior to kickoff)
    • When lightning is detected within eight (8) miles of Centennial Bank Stadium, the start of competition will be immediately delayed by Arkansas State Event Management with both teams returning to their locker rooms or team buses.
    • Warm-ups may be resumed once there is no lightning detected within the eight (8) mile radius surrounding Centennial Bank Stadium.
    • There may be a 10 minute warm-up period prior to play, which is subject to extension upon agreement among both head coaches and the Arkansas State Event Management staff.
    • Please note; if at all possible, Arkansas State Event Management will attempt to kickoff on time, provided that the minimum warm-up period is provided to both teams.
    • Sample timing for delayed game
      • 14:00 - pregame warm-ups resume
      • 4:00 - National Anthem
      • 2:00 - Coin Toss
      • 0:00 - Kickoff
  • Suspended game due to lightning (game in progress)
    • Competition may be resumed when lightning is no longer within the eight (8) mile range.
    • Thirty (30) minutes must elapse from the time of the last lightning strike within the eight (8) mile radius before any players, coaches, or game officials shall be permitted back on the field
    • A 10 minute warm-up period will be granted to both teams prior to the resumption of play, once it has been determined it is safe for participants to return to the field.
    • The game manager (Randy Knowles) will communicate to both teams when this transition period commences.
    • Sample timing for suspended game
      • 10:00 - Teams directed to take field for warm-up
      • 0:00 - Play resumes

WARM-UP/PREGAME

  • Warm-up
    • The “L” system of pregame warm-ups will be utilized prior to all games until 45 minutes remain on the pregame clock.
    • At that point, both teams will divide the field into halves for warm-ups from the 45-yard line to their goal line leaving a 10-yard buffer between teams.
    • At the 22-minute mark on the pregame clock, both teams will clear the field.
  • Five Minute Warning
    • The designated officials are to notify the head coaches at five minutes prior to the start of each half.
  • 110 Minute Meeting
    • The 110 minute meeting will take place virtually or in person. More information will be communicated ahead of game day.

DIRECTIONS TO A-STATE CAMPUS

  • From Memphis International Airport
    • Start going toward the Airport Exit on Winchester Road. Bear right on Plough Boulevard for 1.4 miles. Take ramp onto I-240 West toward I-240 Little Rock/Downtown for 2.6 miles. Continue on I-55 North for 6.1 miles. Take the St. Louis/Little Rock exit on I-55 North and go 24.4 miles. Take exit 23B/Marked Tree/Jonesboro onto US-63 for 0.5 miles. Continue on US-63 North for 41 miles. Take ramp toward Caraway Road/Red Wolf Boulevard for 0.2 miles. Bear right on Red Wolf Boulevard and go 2.2 miles until seeing Centennial Bank Stadium on the left. 
  • From Little Rock National Airport
    • Leaving the airport on East Roosevelt Road, go 0.3 miles and continue on Annie M. Bankhead Drive for another 0.4 miles. Turn left to take the ramp onto I-440 East toward I-40 for 11.3 miles. Take the Jacksonville exit onto US-67 North and go 96.5 miles. Take exit to Highway 226/AR-226 and continue onto Southwest Drive/US-49 North. Take ramp onto US 63 South and go 2.7 miles until taking the Caraway/Red Wolf Boulevard exit for 0.2 miles. Turn left on Red Wolf Boulevard and go 2.4 miles until seeing Centennial Bank Stadium on the left.
