JUNIOR YEAR (2019): Tossed 76.2 innings as he made 14 starts for the Red Wolves ... he registered a 4.46 ERA on the 2019 campaign as he earned six wins on the year ... he had a team-high 62 strikeouts against 20 walks ... opposing batters hit an average .289 against Jackson while he allowed only two homers through 14 games ... Punched out a season-high 10 in Arkansas State season opener against Stephen F. Austin (Feb. 15) in 5.2 innings ... Threw 7 innings in the Red Wolves 9-3 victory over Troy (March 15) where he earned nine strikeouts against two walks.
CROWDER COLLEGE (2017-18): Played two years for the Roughriders ... went 11-0 as a sophomore in 2018 with a 3.13 ERA and eight complete games (one shutout) ... also registered 82 strikeouts against 15 walks in 86.1 innings pitched ... named an All-American by JuCo Baseball Blog ... named All-Region 16 as a sophomore ... as a freshman went 12-3 with seven complete games and two shutouts ... the 12 wins tied a school record ... struck out 66 in 97 innings pitched with a 3.90 ERA ... helped Crowder go 54-14 in 2017 and earn a trip to the JUCO College World Series.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years at Bryant High School ... was injured part of junior season, but came back as a senior to go 9-1 with a 0.40 ERA and 89 strikeouts against 16 walks in 70 innings pitched ... threw a complete game shutout against Conway in the Hornets' 5-0 win in the 2016 7A state championship contest ... won another state championship with Bryant in 2014 ... originally signed with University of Arkansas out of high school ... also played football.
