Biography

2010:  Played in 12 games, including one as a starter (at Indiana) . . . Playing a full year at tight end for the first time, he finished the year with six receptions for 39 yards for an average of 16.5 yards per catch . . . Longest reception covered 14 yards . . . Caught at least one pass in five games, including two for 19 yards, both season highs, against Auburn in the season opener.

2009:  Played in 11 games, rushing 12 times for 48 yards with a long of 18 . . . Averaged 4.0 yards per rush . . . Completed only pass attempt of the season for 18 yards against Troy.

2008:  Redshirted and participated on the scout team.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Rushed for 682 yards and nine touchdowns while averaging 5.4 yards per carry as a senior . . . Completed 103-of-205 passes (50.2 percent) for 1,414 yards and nine touchdowns during senior season as well . . . 2007 First Team 13-5A All-District selection . . . Rushed for 215 yards in one game . . . Passed for 856 yards and six TD as a junior . . . Also recruited by Tulsa and SMU.
