Biography

2008:  Honorable Mention All-Sun Belt Conference selection . . . Jordan played in all 12 games at the tight end position and while he had just three receptions for 29 yards and a touchdown, he was a big part of ASU’s blocking efforts up front . . . Caught two passes for 17 yards and a touchdown, all season highs, in ASU’s victory over Florida Atlantic . . . Long reception was 15 yards against the Owls . . . All three receptions came over last three games . . . Jordan has helped the ASU offense to a No. 2 ranking in the Sun Belt Conference in rushing offense and No. 18 ranking nationally . . . He helped lead the ASU offense to its most yards in school history, breaking a 57-year old record . . . He helped lead the ASU offense to SBC rankings of No. 3 in scoring offense, No. 2 rushing offense and No. 3 total offense. The ASU offense is averaged 398.8 yards per game, the best by an ASU offense since 1970. 

2007:  Played in every game, recording three receptions for 27 yds and his first career touchdown. . . Posted a career-high 21 yard reception against Florida International . . . Three receptions all came in different games and he caught all three over the last four games of the season.

2006:  Played in seven games in 2006 . . . Recorded three receptions on the years . . . Caught two passes Nov. 4 at Auburn, including a season-high 13 yeard reception.

2005: Redshirted and participated on the practice squad ...

High School: Two-year starter for Johnny McMurry’s Monticello squad ... three-year letterman ... dead-lifted 535-pounds in high school ... tabbed as an “Unheralded Star” by Hooten’s Football Magazine ... had 20 receptions for 350-yards and two touchdowns ... as a linebacker had 160 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and eight sacks ... forced four fumbles as a senior and recovered five ... had three interceptions, returning one for a score ... 2004 SEA all-region second-team at tight end ... 2004 SEC all-conference and outstanding lineman .... 4A All-State pick and participated in the high school all-star game ... named to honor roll ...
