The 6-2, 285-pound defensive linemen missed all of the 2015 after suffering a torn labrum in the fall camp before the start of his senior season . . . Despite the injury, he had several offers from several FBS schools and was a pivotal part of the Tigers run to the 2014 Arkansas Class 7A State Championship . . . While in high school he played on a 3-man front at the defensive end position and racked up all-conference and all-state honors after his junior campaign . . .
