2011:  Played in all 13 games in a reserve roll on the offensive line . . . Part of ASU's offensive line that helped the team break the school record for total offense in just 11 games . . . Part of ASU's line that led the way for offense ranked No. 1 in the Sun Belt and No. 24 in the nation in total offense with almost 450 yards per game . . . Also helped pave the way for ASU's scoring attack ranked No. 1 in the Sun Belt and No. 34 in the nation with 32.5 points per game . . . Cleared the way for ASU's rushing game ranked No. 2 in the SBC . . . . ASU Athletic Director's Honor Roll member.

LANEY COLLEGE:  Played both tight end and offensive line at Laney College . . . Part of Laney offense that averaged more than 30 points a game in 2010 while averaging 343 yards per game . . . Helped pave the way for Laney's rushing attack, which ranked No. 3 among 34 teams in the Northern California Football Association.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played both offense and defense at Concord High School, earning all-conference recognition on both sides of the ball . . . Also competed in baseball, basketball and track and field during his high school career . . . Also recruited by SMU and Memphis.
