ASU-Troy Game Time Changed for Television Purposes

JONESBORO (7/30/09) – The game time for the Arkansas State football team's 2009 Sun Belt Conference opener at ASU Stadium against Troy on Sept. 26 has been changed from 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for television purposes.

Troy is one of three games on the Red Wolves' schedule that will be televised on Cox Sports Television and Comcast Sports Southeast as part of the Sun Belt Network. ASU's home game against Louisiana-Lafayette on Nov. 7 as well as its regular-season finale at Western Kentucky on Dec. 3 will also be televised by the Sun Belt Network.

ASU currently has five total televised game, including its Oct. 13 game at Louisiana-Monroe that will be nationally  televised on ESPN2.  ASU's game at Nebraska on Sept. 12 is being televised on a pay-per-view basis by Fox Sports Midwest.

In addition to its home games against Troy and Louisiana-Lafayette, ASU will also host Mississippi Valley State Sept. 5 in its season opener, Florida International Oct. 24 in its Homecoming game and North Texas Nov. 28 on its Senior Day.

Individual game tickets for each of ASU's five home football games go on sale Friday at noon at the ASU Ticket Office.  Season tickets also remain on sale for the 2009 season.  General admission season tickets are priced at just $55, with reserved seats priced at $75.  Chairback season tickets are on sale for $115 and a special family plan – four season tickets for two adults and two youth – is priced at just $140.
