The Arkansas State men's golf team is hosting the 14th annual Red Wolf Classic April 12-13 on the RidgePointe Country Club's 6,565-yard, par-72 golf course in Jonesboro.
The two-day tournament begins with the first round of competition Monday at 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. The second round will immediately follow the first on Monday, and the third and final round will begin at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Live scoring will be used for the tournament and can be viewed at GolfStat.com. Tournament results will also be posted on AStateRedWolves.com, the official Web site of ASU athletics.
The field features 18 teams from eight different states, including Arkansas, Alabama, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas. In addition to Arkansas State, the competing teams are UALR, Austin Peay State, Central Arkansas, DePaul, Illinois State, Jacksonville State, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisiana-Monroe, Meridian Community College, Middle Tennessee, UMKC, Missouri State, Stephen F. Austin, Southern Illinois, Southern Illinois-Edwardsville, Troy and UT Martin.
